We make sure that when the guests arrive the property is in perfect conditions. We also communicate prior to arrival and during their accommodation. We inform about the services of the surroundings, those of the house and we make the delivery of keys (check-in and check-out).
During the checkout we check the house when the guests leave. We also pick up the keys, check the perfect condition of the property and take care of its cleaning and maintenance.
